Our whimsical spaces and skilled staff can turn any occasion into a lifetime memory. We host private D&D games, art events, as well as provide whimsical spaces for your own activity like board games. Celebrate a special someone's birthday, or any day, at a Goblets & Goblins Gathering Hall.
Ultimate D&D Party
Guests enjoy playing a custom created Dungeons & Dragons campaign just for your birthday person. You will inform our Dungeon Master of particular areas of interest so that an amazing and memorable adventure can be created. Our expert Dungeon Master will run the entire event. This is essentially the version of the game that adults would play, but tailored to the children attending. For a smaller group, this is the ultimate experience possible.
Paint & Create Party
Ultimate Paint Party Package
• 3-hour private party experience
• A custom canvas project for each guest
• All art supplies provided (canvas, paints, brushes, and more)
• Guided, step-by-step instruction
• Complete set-up and clean-up handled by your host
• Personalize with custom themes. Ideas can. provided, or you can create your own!
• Up to 6 participants total (including the birthday guest)

Booking Details
All parties are scheduled based on availability; rooms and time slots are flexible rather than fixed. Each guest takes home a finished masterpiece.
While we don’t provide food, you’re welcome to bring your own! Please ensure all items are school-safe
(nut-free, no alcohol, etc.)

Terms & Conditions
Booking and Payment:

To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the scheduled party date.

We accept payments online using all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.
Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made 5 days or more before the event will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 4 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

If the party is rescheduled, the deposit can be transferred to the new date, subject to availability.
Party Details:

The party duration is as specified in the chosen package. Additional hours may be available at an extra cost, subject to availability.

The client is responsible for providing an accurate guest count at least 4 days before the event to ensure proper arrangements for materials and appropriate staffing.
Use of Facilities:

The client and their guests must adhere to all house rules and policies during the event.

Any damages to the facilities will be the financial responsibility of the client.

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
Liability:

Goblets & Goblins is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur during the party.

All participants are expected to follow safety guidelines and applicable laws when using the facilities.
Food and Beverages:

All food and verages necessary for your party booking must be supplied by you and brought in for the event. There are no kitchen facilities or sink in our space.

Any items, including remaining food and drinks, garbage, or decorative elements must be removed and disposed of outside of our facility.
Decorations:

Clients are welcome to bring decorations for their event, but they are limited to balloons and other table top or floor items. Essentially, only things not required to be taped to walls or the ceiling.

The client is responsible for removing all of their decorations at the end of the party.
Privacy:

Private rooms are provided for the specified duration of the party, and access to other areas of the board game cafe may be restricted during the event.
