Are you looking for a creative, welcoming, and structured space to explore your therapeutic goals as an adult? Our therapeutic Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) program offers a one-of-a-kind experience where fun meets personal growth. This program is designed by mental health professionals and facilitated by trained Dungeon Masters who double as Supervised Coaches.
Whether you're navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, or other forms of neurodivergence or mental health challenges, this program is for you.
What to Expect
Structured Gameplay with Purpose
Each D&D session will include opportunities designed to incorporate your unique therapeutic goals. Some common goals that you can work on improving are skills like impulse control, emotional regulation, flexible thinking, planning, and teamwork — all through interactive storytelling and collaborative adventures.
Safe, Inclusive Environment
Sessions are trauma and violence informed and are neuro-affirming. They provide a space that is psychologically safe and ensures consent and respect are centre to the stories and to the space. Come as you are, whether you’re brand new to D&D or a seasoned player.
Individualized Support & Progress Tracking
Begin with a one-on-one intake session where we help co-create meaningful goals for your journey. We track your progress and provide check-ins along the way.
Connect & Belong
Build friendships, practice social problem-solving, and share laughter in a supportive group of peers who get it.
