A New Chapter for Goblets & Goblins

Our Leslie Street restaurant location in Newmarket is closing.

This was not an easy decision, but it is the right one.

Like many businesses in the restaurant and hospitality industry, we faced the same rising costs and operational challenges that have made that model increasingly difficult to sustain long term. While we are proud of everything we built in that space, it became clear that our future was better served by focusing fully on the part of this business that has always mattered most.

Goblets & Goblins was never just about food, it has always been about creating spaces where people feel welcome, where kids and teens can build confidence and friendships, and where adults can gather for memorable, imaginative experiences.

That is where our focus is now.

Built for the Long Term

This next chapter is about building something sustainable, intentional, and lasting.

By stepping away from the restaurant model, we are able to put our full energy into the experiences that define who we are:

• D&D clubs for kids, teens, and adults

• immersive themed rooms and experiences designed for connection, fun, and belonging

• creative, social, and community-driven programming

Newmarket South is a more focused version of Goblets & Goblins—built around programs, play, imagination, and community.

This location does not include a restaurant. Instead, it allows us to do what we do best in a way that is stronger, leaner, and built to last.
